Donations are gifts
Limitless WoW is a free, non-commercial fan project. A donation is a voluntary contribution toward server hosting, development and running costs. It is not a purchase, and it does not buy any product, service, ownership, influence or special treatment.
Limits
- As a thank-you, donations add Limits to your account. The number of Limits per dollar and any bonus tiers are shown on the donate page when you donate.
- Limits and anything obtained with them are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to other accounts.
- We may change store prices, items, Gem rates and bonuses, or remove items, at any time.
- Limits and rewards may be removed if they were obtained through a bug, fraud, a disputed payment or a rule violation.
- If the Service shuts down, Limits and virtual items have no value and are not compensated.
No refunds
Because donations are gifts and rewards are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, including when:
- you change your mind, donated the wrong amount, or no longer play;
- your account is suspended or banned for breaking the rules;
- items, content or game balance change, or characters are lost or wiped;
- the server is offline, restarted or permanently closed.
If you were charged but did not receive your points, or you were charged twice because of a technical error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days with your account email and the payment receipt. We will credit the missing points or, for a verified duplicate charge, return the duplicate amount.
Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a chargeback, reversal or dispute with your bank, card issuer or Stripe instead of contacting us first results in the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to you and removal of all rewards. Donations made with a payment method you are not authorised to use are treated as fraud.
Age and authorisation
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian who owns the payment method, to donate.
Payments
Donations are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. We never receive or store your full card details. Your statement shows the descriptor configured for our Stripe account.
Consumer rights
Where mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in this policy takes those rights away. By donating you expressly request that your Limits be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that any right of withdrawal ends once they are credited.
